Terms and Conditions

All the Players must arrive 15 minutes before the booking-time to check in -if necessary- to use the wardrobe and receive the briefing with the game rules. For organizational reasons, since the game is played according to a specific schedule, it is not possible to change the time of the game session, unless requested and approved by the Staff. If the Players arrive after the scheduled start time, Staff may deduct the delay time from the total playing time.

The GAME OVER Escape Rooms FIRENZE Staff remains available for clarification and details regarding bookings and game sessions. It is requested, respecting not only the Staff, but also the other players interested in our escape rooms, to communicate in time any cancellations and/or delays in arriving at the venue, in order to better manage all game sessions.

It is mandatory for children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult inside the rooms, who will not be considered a player. The same age limit applies to the game in horror and thriller themes. For information and details, please contact the Staff directly.

Players take full responsibility for any type of damage caused to the structure and/or rooms of the GAME OVER Escape Rooms FIRENZE, and for any type of damage caused to themselves in the event of failure to comply with the rules of the game. Any damage caused to the structure and/or rooms must be compensated.

Before entering the room, the Staff will proceed with the introductory briefing with the rules of the game and the rules for the single room, in Italian or English language. Failure to comply with the rules will result in the end of the game session and all participants will be immediately escorted out of the scenario.

Taking photos and/or videos inside our escape rooms is strictly prohibited, as is the widespread use of cell phones and video recording media of any kind. If participants do not comply with these rules, they will be escorted out of the room and the game will end immediately without any type of refund. The Staff will take a souvenir photo inside the played scenario only at the end of the game session.
