The single room can be played by a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 players. Once the room is booked, the game session is private with no addition of players outside the booking group. For groups of more than 8 people, you can choose multiple rooms to play in parallel in the same time slot. Having 5 different scenarios, the maximum number of players for the single time slot is 40 people.

It is mandatory for children under 12 to be accompanied by at least one adult inside the rooms, who will not be considered a player. The same age limit applies to gaming in horror and thriller-themed rooms like “Saw I Want to Play a Game” or “Walking Death”. For more information and details, please contact the Staff directly.

The store is partially accessible for players with partial or reduced mobility. It is always advisable to ask the Staff for information before booking a game session to have all the necessary details and to check the accessibility of the scenario based on individual needs.

The shop does not have private parking and is located just inside the ZTL of the historic center of the city of Florence. The closest paid covered parking lots are La Nazione and Sant'Ambrogio, both in the Piazza Beccaria area, from which you can reach the shop in about ten minutes on foot. The area can be reached by public transport via various bus lines, and the Florence Campo di Marte train station is a 10-minute walk away.
The area of the ring roads near the shop is currently undergoing construction work on the new T3.2.1 Libertà-Bagno a Ripoli tram line. Once the work is completed, the shop will be near the Pellico stop on the T3.2.1 Libertà-Bagno tram line in Ripoli.

You can purchase a Voucher Gift for our Escape Rooms directly from the website or even physically in-store. Online purchase is available by paying via PayPal or credit/debit card and then requires receiving the voucher file via email no later than 24 hours after purchase. On the other hand, in-store purchase involves the delivery of the voucher in paper format without waiting of any kind.
The gift voucher consists of a ticket already paid for a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 8 players, valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is not tied to a particular room, nor to a day of use. The voucher user will then book their gaming experience, choosing the scenario they prefer most by the expiration date indicated on the voucher itself. The voucher can be used for a reservation with the same number of players for which it was purchased or even for a larger group; in the first case, the amount is already fully paid, while in the second, the voucher value will be used as a 'discount coupon' on the total, and any difference can be paid directly in the store. The voucher must be used in a single solution, it is not possible to present it severaltimes by dividing the amount paid in different reservations.

The game in the room lasts 60 minutes as a maximum time. The goal of the game is to complete the puzzle and puzzle sequence in time to escape the room before time runs out. For security reasons, the doors remain physically open and are equipped with an unsympathetic system with electronic emergency unlocking; furthermore, there are no actors or extras in the game scenarios.
The difficulty of the rooms is uniform over medium to medium-high, with each scenario featuring puzzles in varying quantities and types; the true difficulty is therefore subjective, depending on how each player interacts with the type of information and puzzle they find themselves solving. For this reason, as we always suggest to all our players, collaborating and teamwork is essential to best face our challenges.

You can book a game session directly from the website www.firenze.escapegameover.it by selecting the scenario you want to play and then clicking the BOOK NOW button you can access to the schedule calendar with the opening days and times still available for that single room. It will then be enough to fill in the booking format with the requested data - first and last name, email address, mobile number and number of players - and then send the booking request. The Staff will proceed with the verification of the data and will then approve the reservation. No minimum or maximum notice is required for booking, but it is not recommended to arrive at the store without having previously booked, as priority goes to groups that have made a reservation. Reservations are also accepted by telephone or via social networks, obviously providing the same data necessary for online booking. Booking does not involve the payment in advance or deposit; the payment, except for gift vouchers, is always made in store before the game session according to the number of players present

The reservation, once sent and confirmed by the Staff, is not directly changeable remotely. In case you want to change and/or cancel a reservation you only have to contact the Staff providing the data of the reservation, and then we will proceed with the necessary changes of time and day or scenario. If the requested change only concerns the number of players, there is no need to change the reservation as long as you fall within the minimum number of 2 and the maximum of 8 players for the single escape room. With regard to the cancellation of reservations, it is requested to notify the Staff as soon as possible, so as to make the slot in question available to other interested players.

The entry price varies based on the number of players in the room. The price list can be found on the individual room page and in the booking form. Payment, except for gift vouchers, is always made in-store before the gaming session based on the number of players present.
